Items may be exchanged within 30 days for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return items must be in original condition without any visible wear or alteration, original tags must still be attached.
Email us if you plan to exchange the item, and please wait for a confirmation before shipping the item. If there is a defect, let us know immediately and we will try to get a replacement for you.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned.
Those items include food, shoes, jewelry, sale items, personal care, swimsuits, undergarments and gift cards.
You are responsible for the price of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged when shipping it back to us since we cannot accept damaged items. Getting shipping insurance might be a good idea.
Shipping costs will not be credited.
Upon approval of your return, a credit will be issued and applied to your in store account or a gift certificate will be emailed to you to be redeemed at a later date.
