Refund policy
In-store items may be exchanged within 14 days for store credit only.
On-line items may be returned for full refund within 10 days of delivery.
Returns are issued back to original method of payment. After 10 days refunds will be issue as in-store credit.
To be eligible for a return, items must have the original receipt and be in original condition without any visible wear or alteration, original tags must still be attached.
Email us if you plan to exchange the item, and please wait for a confirmation before shipping the item. If there is a defect, let us know immediately and we will try to get a replacement for you.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned. These items include food, sale items, personal care, swimsuits, undergarments, Johnny Was, and gift cards.All shoes must be unworn and in the original box.
Online orders are pulled from our store and are subject to availability. If an item is purchased that is not available, we will contact you ASAP.
You are responsible for the price of return shipping. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged when shipping it back to us since we cannot accept damaged items. Getting shipping insurance might be a good idea. Shipping costs will not be credited.
